at Work will bring sustenance to your employees on more levels than one! Once a
month (or whatever frequency makes sense), the Centre will bring in a healthy lunch
for team members and provide some “food for thought” to go with it. These minitrainings can cover a variety of topics we have prepared, or be tailored to your precise needs. PLUS, participants may get a FREE 15-minute “stress buster” massage!

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to “sample” our services because we
know from experience that once you do, you and your employees will rely on us for a
long time to come.
