The year 2014 had its fair share of diets: volumetrics, flexitarian, TLC, DASH,  Mediterranean diet.  These were all deemed valuable and healthy diets depending on the patients’ needs and lifestyles.  Not that these diets are no longer relevant, but here you can find a list of 2015’s “weirdest diet trends”.
 
Butter in black coffee, eating only one food per meal (no sides), stapling your ear, and several other bizarre “diet trends” are expected to gain popularity in the year 2015. Of course, if you scour the internet, you will find contradicting information for just about everything you could consume in a day. Wine is great for heart health/alcohol in general is bad for your liver. Vegan diet cures ailments/vegan diet misses out on necessary nutrients.  Everything in moderation/all diets in general are withholding what the body wants and are doomed to fail.  The list goes on and on.
